CARING, COMPASSIONATE, COMMITTED AND PASSIONATE
HEALTHCARE CHRISTIAN ORGANISATION IN SOUTH AFRICA

Message from the Chairman's Desk

Pastor Dr. Mncedi Mdolo (BOARD CHAIRMAN)

MESSAGE OF SUPPORT TO THE FRONT-LINE WORKERS IN OUR HEALTH SYSTEM

Dear prayer partners,

We are overflowing with gratitude and praise to God for granting us the opportunity to share the HCF vision at Germiston Hospital, a sacred site where our organization was founded in 1936. This year, in July and September 2025, our national office staff had the privilege of spreading the Gospel to healthcare personnel at all levels, implementing Christ's Great Commission within the healthcare field.

As we look forward to strengthening our partnership with Germiston Hospital management, we pray that this door remains open, allowing many to discover the truth of the Gospel and HCF's vision. Our 90th celebration in September 2026 will be a testament to God's faithfulness, and we are excited to collaborate with like-minded organizations who share our passion for prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and compassion care in healthcare.

The HCF vision is clear: to become a prayerful evangelical movement with trained people implementing Christ's Great Commission within the healthcare field. We strive to inspire and equip healthcare workers to manifest Jesus Christ in their daily lives and work, reaching colleagues and patients alike. With Germiston Hospital's commitment to quality healthcare, we look forward to a fruitful partnership that brings glory to God.

It is a privilege and  responsibility to be called to provide leadership of HCFSA at this time in history, knowing that this is not about me but Christ and for His glory alone. I therefore call upon you as co-workers with Christ and urge you that together ‘let us run with the gospel message to the nations in the light of the setting sun!’ We have been called to serve the Lord in the ‘last days’. There is still a lot to be done and indeed at times with our best efforts it feels like we are only scratching the surface but remember He has called us to be faithful on our part, the measure of success is His part.

Commitment and cooperation from all provinces and local structures will ensure that together we move forward with unity of purpose to the glory of the Lord in this part of the vineyard. I thank the Lord upon every remembrance of you as I believe we have gelled as a leadership team.

Together in His service,
Pastor Dr. Mncedi Mdolo
